Commercial & Licence Enquiries
The web version of OmniSelect FileSQL is free to use. If you need something the public site cannot give you — an internal deployment, a written licence, or documentation for a security review — get in touch.
Please include your organisation, roughly how many people would use it, and whether you need it hosted on your own network.
What is available
| Need | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Internal / offline deployment | A self-contained copy you host on your own intranet or run from a local folder. No outbound connections at any point. Suitable for air-gapped and restricted networks. |
| Written commercial licence | A signed licence agreement covering use inside your organisation, rather than relying on the public site's terms. |
| Security review pack | A signed statement that the build performs no network requests after load, together with SHA-256 checksums for every file shipped, so your security team can verify what they received matches what was reviewed. |
| Custom format support | Support for an in-house or legacy file format (fixed-width extracts, mainframe exports, bespoke delimiters) added to a private build. |
| Rebranding | A version carrying your own name and styling, for internal distribution. |
Reporting a Security Issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately rather than posting it publicly, and allow reasonable time for a fix before disclosure.
Please include the browser and version, the steps to reproduce, and what you observed. Do not attach real or sensitive data — a minimal synthetic file is always enough.
Why There Is No Contact Form
A contact form would mean loading third-party form-handling code into this site. That would quietly undo the one thing this tool promises: that nothing on these pages talks to anyone else about you.
Plain email keeps that promise intact. Your message goes from your mail client to an inbox, and no script on this website sees any part of it.
Response Times
This is a small operation, not a support desk. Licence and security enquiries are usually answered within a few working days. General "how do I write this query" questions are best answered by the How To Use guide, which covers most of them.
